9.00am to 4.00pm (Last entry 5 minutes before closing)

Open seven days a week
9.00am to 7.00pm (Last entry 5 minutes before closing)
This site will be closed every Thursday & Friday during the winter months.
Please be aware that vehicles are allowed access to the site up to 5 minutes before closing time and all vehicles must be off-site by closing time.
Vans, commercial type vehicles (including pickup trucks) and trailers over 4’-6” are restricted on the sites. Drivers of these vehicles require a permit before visiting the site.
This site can be accessed via the A6 if travelling from Leicester.  At the A421 roundabout take the third exit onto Rockingham Road (towards Market Harborough).  Turn right off the A4304 onto Riverside.  Continue to the end of the road and the site is on the left.
To access the site from other directions follow signs for the Railway Station, on the A4304 take the turning onto Riverside and follow directions given above.

Aluminum and steel food and drink cans can be deposited in the scrap metal container for recycling.
We also accept pre-sorted household waste that contains no materials that can be recycled.  If you are using any type of van or a trailer over 4'6" in length (from the front board to the back board) you will need to obtain a permit to tip.  Construction and demolition waste is acceptable in small amounts, follow link for more information
