To renew online or by 24/7 phone service you will need a PIN. If you do not have one, just ask a member of staff.

You can renew your loans and check reservations by phone or online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day - by phone on 0845 602 2815 or online.
To renew online go to the My Account Log-in page and enter your library card number and PIN. You will be taken to a list of books on loan to you and you can renew them all or one at a time.
If your card is out of date or due to expire soon or there are any other problems, please contact your local library.
You can renew library books up to five times by phone or online, but we will ask you to bring them into the library if you want to renew them for a further period.
Request/Reservation Service
Search the online catalogue to find the book you want. We can usually get a book for you if it is not on the shelves. There is a charge for this service.
To place a reservation online you will need a PIN number. Please ask for your PIN at your local library
Periodical or magazine articles can be obtained from the British Library. We will need full details including dates and page numbers of any article required.
Any talking books*, and CDs* in stock in Leicestershire Libraries may be requested. DVDs* and Videos* stocked by Leicestershire Libraries may be requested unless they are part of the "Feature Film" collections. Please check with the staff.
*Hire charges also apply to films and sound recordings. See Library Charges
