Sitemap is highly detailed site-centred Ordnance Survey mapping. It is ideal for planning applications and building regulations. Plans are accepted by all the District and Borough Councils in Leicestershire.

There is a charge for this service and all site-centred maps are sold as paper copies. A Sitemap planning pack contains 6 copies of site-centred map for one location. The cost of this service is £25 for 1:1250 scale map.

Sitemap can be supplied as a data file if required. Please enquire with participating libraries.

You require by law planning permission for any property development. Its main purpose is to control the impact of buildings on the environment.

You need to contact the planning officer at your local district or borough council to discuss what type of application you require. If the planning officer advises that you require full permission then you need to include detailed site location plans showing the extent of your development.

Sitemap is the product you require if you are applying for planning permission from your local district or borough council. This a unique customised mapping service that centres your site, and surrounding area on a plan designed by the Ordnance Survey for planning application purposes.
