Implementation of Court Orders

The Youth Offending Service on behalf of the Court disposes to young people aged 10 - 17 a variety of different community and custodial orders. They are implemented according to a set of National Standards. Young people placed on orders are required by law to abide by the terms of the order (managed by Youth Offending Service practitioners), and non-compliance may lead to breach of order and return to court.
