Patient Advice and Liaison Service - PALS

Service Description

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a customer care service that provides information and advice about NHS services and offers on the spot advice for patients, relatives or carers. It is a free and confidential service and PALS aim to act quickly to try to resolve the problems on an informal basis before they become more serious. Patients can contact PALS by phone, e-mail or post.
