Court Procedures - Youth Offending

Service Description

Magistrates and Crown Courts undertake a variety of procedures related to young people aged 10-17, including bail, remand and sentencing procedures. The Youth Offending Service will work with young people appearing at court, with the overall aim of preventing and reducing offending and re-offending.
