Service Description

The Registration Service in Leicestershire is responsible for the registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships occuring within the county. It licences venues where civil marriages and civil partnerships may be conducted and registered and provides citizenship, naming and renewal of vows ceremonies. In addition, it can provide copy certificates if the birth, death, marriage or civil partnership was registered in Leicestershire.
