About the Library

Melton Library is a large, busy library close to the town centre and adjoins Brooksby Melton College.  Ramp at front of building.  Disabled parking space is available in the nearby town car park.  Library is all on one level with wide aisles.  Local bus timetables
The main library in the Melton area, providing a full range of services.  Brenda Clare, the library manager, is based here.

Events/What's On

Discover Midlands Crime - Wednesday, 18th November 2009
Wriggly Readers Story and Rhyme Time.  0-4 years with parents or carers.  Every Tuesday and Thursday 10.00 - 10.30am.
Internet Taster sessions and e-mail, Family History and Scanner sessions.  The sessions are free, friendly and informal and will give you the confidence to make a start on your own. Contact the library to book your place.
Family History surgeries: 1st Friday of the month 10.00-12.00 Friendly and informal sessions open to all. Library staff will be on hand to show you how to use the library's resources and access some of the best websites. Tea and coffee also available
