Complaints about the conduct of County Councillors

Complaints made to the County Solicitor as Monitoring Officer that a member has acted in breach of the Code of Conduct for Members will be assessed by a subcommittee of the Standards Committee.  The Committee will decide if it should be investigated or not, using criteria agreed by the Standards Committee and may ultimately be involved in conducting a hearing into the complaint.
