STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
Leicestershire County Council recognises the need for all Elected Members and Council employees to exhibit high standards of personal conduct, to promote a strong counter fraud culture and to ensure there are effective arrangements for receiving and acting on complaints and whistleblowing disclosures, whether from Members, Council employees, partners, contractors or members of the public.
