Consultation Results

Customer Satisfaction Surveys are carried out monthly in the Reception Area. These provide us with valuable feedback on how we can improve our service.

We have been completing surveys since May 2006 and overall 99.48% of our surveyed customers have rated that they were very or fairly satisfied with the service they received. In September 2010, 95.80% of our customers were very satisfied with the amount of time they waited to see a member of staff.

In order to gain more feedback we also introduced anonymous comment cards to the Main Reception area. 99.1% of visitors said they were “very satisfied” with 0.8% being “fairly satisfied”.

The target for Main Reception is to achieve a rate of above 90% for customer satisfaction.

If you would like to complete a comment card, these are displayed at the Main Reception and Service Shop. Please hand the completed form to any of our Customer Service Staff.
