  • "Do You Need Some Extra Help" Cards are now available at Main Reception and the County Hall Service Shop. These are designed to help and support customers when visiting the Council.
  • Hearing Loops are activated at both Main Reception and the County Hall Service Shop
  • Language Line - Spoken language interpretation is available via telephone
  • Low Counters are available at both Main Reception and the County Hall Service Shop
