Structure Plan - Panel Report

We have the honour to submit to you the Report of the Examination in Public into selected issues arising on the Deposit Draft Leicestershire Leicester and Rutland Structure Plan, which we conducted in June – July of this year.

We should like to express our appreciation to all of the participants for the thorough and constructive contributions made before and during the Examination without which we could not have adequately assessed all of the differing viewpoints.

We should also like to thank all the staff at the three Structure Plan Authorities for their co-operation throughout and for all the help in providing us with the information we required to assist us in our task.

Finally, we should like to place on record our sincere thanks to our Panel Secretary, Lynne Alexander, our Programme Officer, Ian Kemp and our Planning Assistant Neal Jillings for their loyal and hardworking support before, during and after the Examination.
