Structure Plan 1991 - 2011

Leicestershire County Council, Leicester City Council and Rutland County Council initially consulted on a joint Structure Plan for the areas covered by the three authorities in September 1998.

The Structure Plan provides a framework for the development and use of land in the Plan Area for the period 1991 to 2011. It will guide the detailed policies and proposals of Local Plans and decisions on planning applications.
