Employment Monitoring 06-07Under the Disability Discrimination Act (Amended) 2005 public bodies, including local authorities are required to publish a Disability Equality Scheme.
As part of the Disability Equality Scheme the County Council is required to put in place arrangements to monitor the impact of the following on disabled people:
