Advice for Suppliers Receiving E-mail Purchase OrdersIf you have any queries regarding the purchase order e-mailed to you by the County Council the following advice may be useful:
Recommended specification for receiving email with purchase order attachments is:Adobe Acrobat Reader (minimum version 5.0). Purchase orders are distributed as e-mail PDF attachments.

If you are unable to open the orderYou may need to download Adobe Acrobat reader software. A free version can be obtained by the following the link below:
If you cannot access the attached orderDue to security settings blocking the e-mail attachment please contact your Internet service provider for general advice on system settings.
If only part of the purchase order has opened/is visiblePlease contact your Internet service provider for advice on why the full order details won’t open.
If you are unable to read the purchase orderPlease contact your Internet service provider for general advice on why the order cannot be read.
If you have a query with the content of the orderPlease contact the Leicestershire County Council contact (details are on the top left of the order) who raised the order.
If you have received an e-mail that is for another supplierPlease refer this to finsyscontrol@leics.gov.uk
