Advice for Suppliers Receiving E-mail Purchase Orders

If you have any queries regarding the purchase order e-mailed to you by the County Council the following advice may be useful:

Adobe Acrobat Reader (minimum version 5.0). Purchase orders are distributed as e-mail PDF attachments.

An indication of purchase order attachment size is:-

With Acrobat version 5 open the pdf attachment and click on the thumbnail link on the left hand side and then right click with the mouse on the page(s). This will display an option to print. If it is a multi page order you only need to click print on the first page and all pages will print off.
With Acrobat version 6, 7 & 8 open the pdf attachment and right click with the mouse on the order. This will display an option to print. If it is a multi page order you only need to click print on the first page and all pages will print off.

You may need to download Adobe Acrobat reader software. A free version can be obtained by the following the link below:

Please contact the Leicestershire County Council contact (details are on the top left of the order) who raised the order.
