Minimum Advertising Requirements
All contracts with a total value of £20,000 or more are advertised. In addition (except for exempted services) contracts exceeding the thresholds of the European Procurement Directive - £173,934 for supplies and services and £4,348,350 for works - are advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
