Development Land Monitoring(Please Note: as of 1st August 2007 telephone numbers within these reports have changes from 0116 26X XXXX to 0116 30X XXXX) Development Land Monitoring co-ordinates the collection, maintenance and analysis of detailed information on the availability of land for development within Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland. This information is collated and analysed to monitor the Joint Structure Plans and Local and Regional Planning.

Employment Land StudiesEmployment Land Studies (ELS) have been commissioned to assess the balance and supply for employment land within the county, and to draw the implications for planning policy. The findings will also help to underpin and inform the policies contained within forthcoming Local Development Frameworks.
