Are Direct Payments complicated to manage?

We try to make the system as simple as possible. You will be required to sign an agreement, have a separate bank account to have the money paid into and to be able to show where and how you spend the money. We have some simple forms for you to fill in and we try to make these available in whatever method you choose -e-mail, large print, Braille and other languages.
