Breaking the Barriers

What is Learn2Earn (L2E)?

L2E is a joint service provided by the Breaking the Barriers Employment Service (BtB) and Leicestershire Adult Learning Service (LALS) to support people into learning and/or work

What does L2E do?

  • Rebuilds confidence
  • Explores learning opportunities
  • Explores options around returning to work
  • Offers support and guidance

Is L2E for me?

Yes, if you live in Leicestershire and receive;
  • Incapacity Benefit
  • Income Support/National Insurance Credits (because of incapacity)
  • Severe Disablement Allowance

Who can help me with this?

A Learning in the Community (LiC) Worker will arrange to meet you and assess whether it is the right service for you.
