Job Coach

What is a Job Coach?

Someone who will give you practical support to move into a job

How do they work?

They will give you individual support which has been agreed with you in your development plan with your Employment Development Officer

What do they do?

  • Help you to prepare to return to work.
  • Train you to get to and from work.
  • Help you to get to the right place at the right time.
  • Support you to settle into a new job
  • Help you to learn to do the job.
