When we hear from you, an officer will tell you more about Breaking the Barriers and discuss whether we can support/help you. You will also be introduced to your Employment Development Officer who will work closely with you and be your main contact at all times.

The Employment Development Officer may also introduce you to a Job Coach, who gives you additional practical support in work
