Claiming Attendance Allowance

Entitlements for Older People leaflet
Attendance Allowance is a benefit for people aged 65 or over who have a physical or mental health problem and need help or supervision with personal care, for example, dressing or washing.
If you think you or someone you know might qualify for Attendance Allowance, please print off and fill in this Attendance Allowance Enquiry Form (PDF) and post it to the Local Pension Service using this Freepost address -
