Safeguarding Adults (Adult Protection)

Training & Documents

All Multi-agency Safeguarding Adults training is free and is open to staff from Leicestershire and Rutland local authorities, health services, police, fire service, independent and voluntary sectors.
The Compentency Framework applies to staff in all partner agencies and should be used as a guide to identify which courses should undertaken by staff.
The Levels of Training available are:
  • Alerters Part B
  • Training for Alerters Trainers (TAT)
  • Referrers
  • Referral Takers
  • Investigators
  • Managing the process
