Equipment and Products to Help with Memory Loss

What is it?

If you have memory loss, or are helping someone who has memory loss, it is likely you might benefit from specialist equipment and products which can help with day to day living and staying as safe and as independent as possible.  Signal** promotes and encourages the use of such equipment, which includes things such as:
  • Calendar clocks to help with orientation
  • Medication prompters
  • Water overflow alarms
  • Community alarm services, such as alarms on doors, fall detectors, smoke detectors
To find out more about the aids and equipment available through the Signal Project, you can:

View the Signal Catalogue

The Signal Catalogue (.pdf) is now available to view online.
The Signal Catalogue lists some aids and equipment currently available, prices (if bought directly from suppliers) and suppliers contact details. (see also Websites that can help in the search for Aids and equipment products )
