The Learning Disability Service - Governance StructureLeicestershire, Leicester, and Rutland councils, and the National Health Service, are working together in providing services for people with learning disabilities. They each have money to do this which is put together. The Learning Disability Service has a group of people call a commissioning board, who make sure the money is spent on getting the right services for you.
Health staff, and Social Care staff, are working together to give a more joined up service.
The Governance structure chart for the Learning Disability Service shows who manages this work.
