They can answer questions about Social Care Services and tell you what’s available.

from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday
from 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.

At weekends and at holiday times, there is a number to ring: 0116 255 1606.
This number is just for emergencies, like when your carer doesn’t arrive.
