Service Disruption - Social Care Services
We are running near to normal services during this current period of winter weather and apologise for any disruption you might experience.
- The Customer Service Centre is functioning as normal
- Local offices, (Melton, Harborough, South Wigston, Hinckley, Coaliville and Loughborough are open for telephone and personal callers, as is County Hall
- All Day Centres and Community Resource Centres are open
- Home Care services and Meals on wheels (Community Meals) services are running as normal. If you experience any difficulties please contact your Home Care/ Meals provider directly
- In an Emergency you are able to contact the Emergency Duty Team
