Adult Social Care - Service Plan

The Adult Social Care Service Plan sets out how the Department will carry forward the aims, objectives and service developments to improve its performance.

The Service Plan:

Outlines the Service's purpose, values and principles.
Relates the key objectives of the Adult Social Care Service to the County Council's Medium Term Corporate Strategy.
Describes the key service and organisational developments planned for the financial year ahead.
Provides supporting information, including the targets and performance indicators, to be used to monitor and measure achievement.
