Learning Disability Services - Annual Service Plan 2008-09

The Adult Social Care Learning Disability Service Plan for 2008-09 is being developed under the principals of the Adult Social Care Strategic Plan, Promoting Independence, Changing Lives , which sets out the vision for Adult Social Care.
The Adult Social Care Learning Disability Service Plan for 2008-09
  • explains how the service will carry out its responsibilities
  • will take into account a number of key priorities including moving toward a programme for personalising care
  • will highlight our key objectives in delivering the outcomes set out in the White Paper, Our health, our care, our say.
