Leicestershire County Council have developed a strategy for providing Community Opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, which will be delivered in 2009-2011
The strategy explains how we want to support people with learning disabilities to do more things in their own community, just like everyone else, such as working, going to college or meeting friends
