Service Users Who are Not Ordinarily Resident within this AuthorityWhere services are provided to people who are not ordinarily resident in Leicestershire, the ‘home’ authority is charged the full cost of providing these services. In addition to residential care, this also includes day care services.
Charges for 2008-09
The maximum charge for care in Independent Homes is based on the home’s own charges and the range of services provided (disabled, older people, etc). For basic needs, they can range from approx. £282.00 to £396.00 per week, with additional charges for individuals’ special needs.
Note: All meals exclude drinks which are charged separately.
