The foster care handbook has been written for all foster carers who are approved by Leicestershire County Council. The handbook contains information and advice to cover many common situations that will be faced by foster carers. More information can always be obtained from the Fostering Duty Desk ( 0116 2675321) or from a fostering social worker.
