Allegations against staff or volunteers
The following information relates to allegations about the behaviour of an adult who works or volunteers with children / young people in Leicestershire
If a concern is raised about the behaviour of an adult, this should be reported in the first instance to their senior line manager (eg in a school this would be the headteacher, or where the allegation involves the head teacher, the chair of governors).
The manager must immediately report the allegation to the Allegations Manager (LADO), Jennifer Johnson on 0116 3057597.
The allegation should not be discussed with the person concerned or anyone else.
