Adoption Statement of PurposeThe Adoption Statement of Purpose explains the aims, objectives and services provided by the Adoption Team for The Children and Young People’s Services of Leicester City, Leicestershire and Rutland.
It is part of the responsibility in fulfilling the requirements of the Adoption Regulations and National Minimum Standards (2000).
