Develop a telecare strategy	Assistive Technology Strategy written aand supporting action plan agreed for implementation
Review and develop joint early intervention and prevention services	Joint Early Intervention and Prevention Strategy for Older People developed and in consultation
Develop an information and advice strategy	Information and Advice Strategy developed and in consultation. Restructuring of the new website and review of the information and advice provided on the site started
Develop an approach to social capital development	A number of social enterprises set up and a pilot identified to develop social capital to offer community benefits
Complete procurement of a new Adult Social Care system	System requirements gathering completed and tender issued for selecting a system
