Artworks Costs and Insurance

The hire fee for Artworks varies from £10 - £25, according to the type of work and its popularity.  We also make a modest charge for delivery and collection.

The Artworks Officer assists in selecting the appropriate artworks and can suggest a range of activities to try, we can also provide a range of support material to go with the loan.

Education establishments in Leicestershire & Leicester will benefit from one free Artwork under the LAMA voucher scheme.

Please note: borrowers cannot collect and return works themselves due to transit insurance considerations.

Borrowers may need to check that the artworks will be insured while on their premises and hang works in a suitable place and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the loan.

This is far less daunting than it sounds, and gives you peace of mind for the duration of the loan.
