Harborough Museum is closed until 2014 for refurbishment

Come to Harborough Museum and explore the world of the ancient Britons in the new Hallaton Treasure Gallery.
The Hallaton Treasure is made up of hoards of coins and associated finds including a Roman helmet, ingots, tankard handle, jewellery, pig and dog bones and pottery. The magnificent Roman Helmet from Hallaton is now on permanent display at Harborough Museum.
We also have illustrated displays, computer interactives and film footage.

Admission

Admission to the Museum is Free!
Please note: There is sometimes a small charge for school groups and special events please check or contact us before attending.

Shopping

Visit Harborough Museum shop for unique gifts and souvenirs.
Unique products celebrating the Hallaton Helmet include a postcard, bookmark, fridge magnet and poster, which can be supplied framed.
Special arrangements can be made for adult groups and school parties, please contact the museum in advance.

Group Visits

Harborough Museum can now offer Group Visits for your community group, options are also available in conjunction with Hallaton Museum.
