Inspire Culture
The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games provide a once in a lifetime opportunity to showcase and celebrate what Leicester and Leicestershire has to offer culturally in the run up to, during and after the 2012 Games.
Inspire Culture aims to inspire you to:
- Create new events and activities
- Join in and promote your new and existing cultural activity using the Inspire Culture logo
- Support the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad and access their funding opportunities
- Demonstrate the importance and value of culture in Leicestershire and increase awareness and attendance
Inspired by the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad, Inspire Culture has been developed to bring together the City and County's cultural activities under a single brand.
Whilst not part of the official London 2012 Cultural Olympiad, Inspire Culture aims to reflect its values and vision. Your Little Book of Facts has been developed to help your understanding of its aims and how to get involved.
