Leicestershire County Council has a number of options for working flexibly, to accommodate the different needs and commitments that individuals might have. Whilst any of these options are, in principle, available to all employees the needs of the service are obviously important and some options simply may not be operationally practical for certain jobs.
** The corporate relocation policy does not apply to schools & Colleges.
Please be aware that the County Council is currently consulting on a review of its employment and terms and conditions as a result some of these terms may be subject to change.
Workers Groups

The aims of the group are to influence the Council's diversity agenda, increase understanding of LGBT issues within the authority and provide support for LGBT staff.
