Appendix K: 6Cs design guide - Your views
NB: The 6Cs design guide in this case includes all appendices and companion documents.
Please use our review form to comment on the 6Cs design guide and/or to suggest changes. The 6Cs design guide is reviewed regularly by a Project Team (PT). If you suggest a change, the PT will consider it and decide whether or not to amend the guide. At the end of the review process, you will be advised of the PT’s decision and the reason for it. A copy of our review process is also included in this appendix.

We have one form that is available as two different types of file. Please choose from:
- Review Form in PDF file format - useful if you would like to print out the form, complete it by hand and return it by post or fax.
- Review Form in Word format - this has fields in it that you can fill in on your computer using the Tab key to move to each field. You can then print out the completed form and return it by post or fax. Alternatively you can print it out, complete it by hand and return it by post or fax.
