Please contact us directly (contact details in bottom left of page) with your enquiry rather than using the online form.

Please ensure you can answer yes to the following two questions before continuing:

Please check the file size of any files you want to attach before trying to upload it in the form. Unfortunately you may encounter difficulties submitting anything over 2MB due to a limitation of our system.

Please do not attach photos to the online form for the same reason.

If you have large files or photos, please continue to fill in the online form without attaching the file and send an e-mail attaching the files or photos directly to highwayenquiries@leics.gov.uk.

You will receive a form reference once you have submitted your enquiry. Please make a note of this reference as it may be required in future correspondence.

Once your enquiry has been sent, you will be asked to let us know how easy you found it to use and if there were any problems. It would be very much appreciated if you could aid us in improving our service particularly with the online submission form by letting us know what you thought.
