Pioneering recycled kerbs go on trial
A new type of recycled plastic kerb is being tried out in Leicestershire.
Leicestershire County Council has installed the kerb on the B582, Enderby Road in Whetstone.
The 100-metre stretch of carbon neutral ‘Envirokerb’ is made up entirely of recycled materials destined for landfill.
