TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GDP) ORDER 1995
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION AND RECEIPT OF AMENDED PLANS
Notice is hereby given that Leicestershire County Council is applying for planning permission for construction of new highway and associated works to form a bypass to Earl Shilton (including cycleway/footway, landscaping and structures) between the B4668 Leicester Road / A47 Hinckley Northern Perimeter Road roundabout and A47 Leicester Road north east of Earl Shilton. The proposal affects footpaths numbered U21, T89, U17, T86 and bridleways numbered U20, U16. Further information has been received as part of the Environmental Statement relating to noise and air quality issues. Amended plans have been received relating to minor revisions to farmers access arrangements.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the amended plans and the further information at:
i) Blaby District Council (Planning Department), Council Offices, Narborough
ii) Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council (Planning Department), Council Offices, Argents Mead, Hinckley
iii) Earl Shilton Library, Wood Street, Earl Shilton
iv) Leicestershire County Council, Department of Community Services (Planning Control), County Hall, Glenfield
during all reasonable hours until 21 days from the date of this Notice.
Copies of the further information relating to the environmental statement are also available to purchase from The Director of Highways, Transportation and Waste Management, Leicestershire County Council, whilst stocks last, at a charge of £25.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Director of Community Services, Leicestershire County Council, County Hall, Glenfield within 21 days of the publication of this Notice quoting Reference AJB/BYPASS.
