The Park and Ride site is now open.

The Enderby Park and Ride site opened to the public last week (16th November 2009).
The joint City and County Council scheme offers low-emission buses running every few minutes in to Leicester city centre and aims to reduce the number of cars on the road.
Earlier this month, the park and ride scooped a prestigious eco award at the regional Constructing Excellence Awards (to view press release click here).
The new Enderby site, close to junction 21 of the M1, has parking for 1,000 cars.
Buses run every ten minutes into Leicester city centre from 7am to 7pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Stops include St. Nicholas Place, Leicester Royal Infirmary and De Montfort University.
