Highways Defect Reporting Form

Emergencies requiring immediate attention, such as large potholes or anything presenting an immediate danger, should be reported to our Customer Service Centre on 0116 305 0001.
This form should be used to report routine problems with roads and pavements within the county of Leicestershire.
However, whichever method you choose, please provide as much detail as you can as this helps us to respond swiftly and efficiently.
