Service 120

Passengers are advised that from Monday 13th February 2012 for approximately 8 weeks, Markfield Lane - Newtown Linford from the Junction with Main Street and the A50 will be closed to through traffic due to water mains renewals and other works.
During the closure Service 120 will follow a diversion route along:
Main Street (Newtown Linford), Ulverscroft Lane, Priory Lane, Whitwick Road, A50, Launde Road (Markfield), and then the normal route and vice versa.
The disruption to passengers will be as follows:
Markfield Court will not be served during the works to support the service in keeping to timetable. A Demand Responsive Transport has been put in place to cater for residents in the Markfield Court area travelling to Leicester, the details are attached.

Passengers travelling in the direction of Coalville, will need to catch the service from the other stops in Markfield.
Although every effort has been made to keep disruption of the service at a minimum, passengers should be prepared to expect some delays in the service.

Passengers are advised that from Monday 13th to Thursday 16th February 2012 (inclusive), Narborough Road South Slip Road (towards Leicester), Braunstone will be closed, at various points along the road, to enable contractors to safely carry out carriageway repairs.
During the closure Service 148 will follow the diversion route as follows when heading towards Leicester:
Fosse Park Ave (adj to M&S), Narborough Road South (A5460), Narborough Road and then the normal route.
The disruption to passengers will be as follows:
Narborough Road South slip road (towards Leicester) stops will not be served
Passengers are advised to catch the service from Narborough Road South adjacent to Sainsburys or Narborough Road adjacent to Sturgess Jaguar

Passengers are advised that on Wednesday 1st, Thursday 2nd and Friday 10th February 2012, Great Lane South & Great Lane East, Frisby on the Wreake will be closed to enable contractors to safely carry out carriageway resurfacing works.
During the closure Service 128 will follow a diversion route along:
Leicester Road A607 (Kirby Bellars), Leicester Road, Hoby Road, Rotherby Lane (Frisby on the Wreake),Water Lane, Washstones Lane and then the normal route and vice versa.
The disruption to passengers will be as follows:
Great Lane and Main Street, Frisby on the Wreake stops will not be served.
Passengers are advised to catch Service 128 from the temporary stops:
Towards Leicester – Water Lane adjacent to Rotherby Lane
Towards Melton - Adjacent to the Memorial Cross on Rotherby Lane

Service 7

Service Disruption
Passengers are advised that from Monday 9th January 2012 for approximately 6 months Mawby’s Lane (Part), Appleby Magna will be closed to facilitate public safety and other works.
During the closure Service 7 will follow a diversion route along:Measham Road, Church Street, Top Street, Snarestone Road,and then the normal route (and vice versa).

The disruption to passengers will be as follows:
Mawby’s Lane and Black Horse Hill stops will not be served.
Passengers are advised to catch the Service from the temporary stopst Church Street (outside & opposite The Crown Inn)
Leicestershire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused to passengers.
