To apply for the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme pass, or for travel vouchers, you need to complete an application form and post the form to us.  The forms give details of the concessions available and the return address.  If you are both aged 60 or over and disabled, it is best to apply via the disabled persons’ scheme.
