Concessionary Travel Scheme - Application Forms and Eligibility Information.
To apply for the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme pass, or for travel vouchers, you need to complete an application form and post the form to us. The forms give details of the concessions available and the return address. If you are of eligible age or over and disabled, it is best to apply via the disabled persons’ scheme.
From 1 April 2011, Leicestershire County Council assumed responsibility for providing concessionary travel to all Leicestershire residents.
