Transport for Children with Special Educational Needs

SEN School/College Transport Application Forms 2013/2014
Due to the introduction of a new SEN home to school transport policy from September 2013 there will now be a charge for nursery age children (under age 5 during the whole academic year) and Post 16 SEN students - the school/college transport application forms are available by clicking here.

SEN Post 16 and Nursery School/College Transport Charges for 2013/2014
The transport charge for the 2013/2014 academic year will be £252 per annum for nursery age children and Post 16 students eligible to transport assistance.
You can opt to pay the transport fee in one lump sum or in monthly instalments (up to a maximum of six) Please note we will not accept any applications where there is an outstanding transport payment for a previous academic year.
